Terms of Service

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Give accurate details, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone else.
• You can delete your account at any time — see account deletion.

Your content

Your trips, notes, photos and messages remain yours. By publishing a trip you give us permission to display it to other users and to show it publicly on 99Trip, including in search results and on destination pages. Unpublishing a trip withdraws that permission for the future.

When you publish or upload anything, you confirm that:

• you own it, or you have the right to share it;
• it is not unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or violent;
• it does not contain other people’s personal details without their consent.

We may remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or close accounts that do so repeatedly. Images uploaded to public places in the app are screened automatically, and content from our experience partners is filtered before it is shown.

Using the service

Please do not:

• scrape, bulk-download or resell the content of the site;
• attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• use the AI features to generate unlawful or abusive material;
• use 99Trip to send spam or unsolicited invitations.

Travel information is a starting point, not advice

Itineraries, place details, opening hours, prices and AI-generated suggestions are drawn from third-party sources and can be wrong or out of date. Check anything that matters — especially visas, border rules, safety advice, accessibility and bookings — with an official source before you rely on it. 99Trip is not a travel agent and does not sell travel.

Bookings with partners

Experiences shown in 99Trip are supplied by Viator. Booking one takes you to Viator, where their terms and their privacy policy apply. We may earn a commission on bookings made through those links, at no extra cost to you. Your booking contract is with Viator or the operator, not with us.

Availability

99Trip is offered as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice before withdrawing something significant.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from your reliance on travel information found in the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we will tell you in the app before a significant change takes effect.
